1. Educational Purpose & Independence

MeritLoop is an independent educational preparation and mock test platform for competitive exams (such as APPSC Group 1 & 2). MeritLoop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) or any government entity. All previous-year questions are sourced from publicly available official question papers.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To access full mock tests and features, users must create an account using valid credentials (email or mobile number). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription & Payments

Access to full-length test series, topic-wise practice modules, detailed explanations, and performance analysis requires a paid annual subscription (₹149 for 365 days, unless specified otherwise). Payments are processed securely via verified third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay). We do not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI PIN information.

4. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

The layout, design, detailed analytical explanations, answer key compilations, and software codebase of MeritLoop are the intellectual property of MeritLoop. Users may not scrape, copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the site without explicit written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to verify answer keys against official notifications, MeritLoop shall not be held liable for any discrepancies in exam outcomes or technical interruptions beyond reasonable control.
