1. Free Trial Before Purchase

We provide a Free Preview Mock Test to all registered users prior to subscription. We strongly encourage all students to take the free test to experience the test interface, question format, and explanations before making a purchase.

2. Digital Nature of Service

MeritLoop offers digital subscription services that grant immediate and full access to our online mock test papers, detailed question banks, current affairs notes, and performance analytics upon successful payment.

3. Refund Eligibility & Request Window

• Technical Billing Errors: In the rare event of duplicate payment deductions or technical failure where your account is debited but your plan is not activated, we will issue a 100% full refund immediately upon verification.
• Dissatisfaction Requests: If you experience severe technical difficulties preventing you from using the service, you may request a refund within 3 days of your initial purchase date by contacting support.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original source payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 5 to 7 business days as per banking and payment gateway protocols.
